Cancellation policy

In addition to its consulting services, Pradel Consulting offers training sessions.  A registrant can cancel its attendance in agreement with the following policies :


  • Every cancellation has to be notified by email

  • In all cases, administrative fees of  $50 for the registrant's cancellation will be due

  • Cancellations received up to 21 days prior to class will be entirely refunded

  • Cancellations up to 14 days prior to class will be 50% refunded.

  • Unless a case of force majeure, Cancellations less than 14 days prior to class, and no-shows, are subject to full payment and will not be refunded.

  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time at the condition you notice us in advance.

  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

Pradel Consulting reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment or trainer availability.

In this case, notification will be provided as soon as possible and registrants will be entirely refunded.

Pradel Consulting is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student's sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.
